Pronova was founded to bring advanced, non-invasive health tools to owners, everywhere. Most dogs see a vet once a year if even possible, and most of what changes in between goes unrecorded. Kora Strip technology puts a small piece of that lab work on your kitchen counter: a reader, a strip, and a saliva sample that takes minutes to collect and test.
Screening monthly for glucose, lactate and creatinine builds a record of your dog's normal baseline, unique to your dog. You can now monitor your dog's health with confidence that you are doing right by them.

Founder's story
It started with his dog.
Jaime started Pronova after years of watching pet care stay reactive: waiting for something to go wrong, and hoping to notice it early. Personal experience with his own dogs and cats pushed him to look for a way to close the gap between reactive and proactive care, and to give owners information they can act on early.
The company he built runs on that idea. Scientists, veterinarians, engineers and pet parents, working together on technology to empower pet care, through pet parents and veterinary care teams.

Jaime Paris
Founder
Jaime is a passionate animal lover, with a background in engineering, innovation and management. He has had dogs and cats his entire life, and knows the struggles we go through as pet parents.
Amanda Ritz, PhD
PRINCIPLE RESEARCH SCIENTIST
Amanda leads the lab, turning the advanced chemistry normally reserved for clinical instruments into something an owner can run at home. Proud mom to two cats, Maya and Poe.
Dave Sopchak, PhD
PRINCIPLE ENGINEERING SCIENTIST
Electrochemistry, electronics and software in one person. Dave keeps the the team moving, alongside his daughter and two cats, Basco and Smokey.
Kora
CHIEF DOG
The inspiration that named the technology. Kora runs quality control on wiggle-butts and keeps the team focused on who this is really for. Play time and walks non-optional when she honors the lab with a visit.
